Our horror film trailer is called Casonova. It is going to be a psychological horror where main characters, Jo Tayler and Josh Woods, fall in love. Jo is the typical geek whereas Josh is the conventional 'cool' high school boy. He dates plenty of girls whilst at high school but each time he 'finishes' with them, he claims they have left the town/school.
When Jo helps Josh with his overdue homework in the library, the two eventually become boyfriend and girlfriend. This comes to much of a surprise to fellow students but the couple seem very happy.
One day, Jo visits Josh's house where she finds out he lives on his own. He claims his grandmother left the house to him and that he 'tends the garden.' However, to Jo's surprise, the back garden is full of gravestones. As the story builds up Jo tries to fight for her life, scared to scream even though there is no one around to hear her.
Will Jo escape? Or will she become one of the many girlfriends Josh viciously murders? ...
However... we then went onto the idea of the film trailer: The Mentor.
The idea of this film trailer is also a pyshological horror where a tutor (antagonist) helps out one of his pupils(protagonist), offering them extra help and telling her that he is always there for her.
One evening after college, he asks her to come back to his for more help with her work and also comforts her when she experiences bullying. The student takes this friendly offer but when she steps inside his house, he starts to turn.
The mentor begins to tie the girl up, tying her to a chair whilst torturing her mentally.
Will she escape?
